my ford orion started life as a standard 1.6 i ghia,only extras being fuel computer,and electric front windows and mirrors!
i dont even know if it had alloys as standard!
i brought it for a measly £50 with a heat seized lump!
brought an engine of a mate for £50 and got to work!i mated the decent bits together to come up with a 1.7 engine running about 130 odd BHP.
sadly this engine died at 115mph on the local bypass so i had to get another 1.6!
this thime the only mods being the exhaust system,camshaft,induction and injectors!
funnily it seems quicker than my 1.7 bored engine!
the bodywork has been treated to a 90 spec RS turbo front bumper with Evo cut out,S2 RS turbo skirts and arches and at presnt the rear bumper is being modified.
the rear numberplate has been relocated and the no: plate panel has been smoothed and colour coded.
it has smoked clear rear clusters,shadowed by a sapphire cosworth spoiler!for now thats about it but you will be first to know about any more mods!
